Conjura
I co-founded Eagle Point Partners (now Conjura), a software and data consultancy in late 2015.
Conjura/Eagle Point Partners started in late 2015 as a data and analytics consultancy in Dublin. Clients brought us fragmented commercial data and questions they couldn't answer from it. The analysts did the answering. I ran the technical side: the software and the infrastructure that let the team deliver the same kind of work repeatedly rather than starting from scratch each time.
Consultancy is bespoke by definition, and we wanted something that wasn't. So we tried several products off the back of the client work. Most didn't stick, but one did.
That one became Conjura: a platform that pulls an e-commerce business's data together from its store, its ad platforms and its inventory systems, so the owner can see what is actually making money at the level of a single product. I built its first version and the platform the analytics team ran on underneath it.
I left in 2019. Conjura was acquired by Wayflyer in 2026
